My approach as a supervisor

I am fortunate to have trained in supervision with Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot, who have both been supervising since 1976, and have written the foremost textbooks on supervision.

I use their Seven-Eyed-Model, employing lenses that include what might be arising in the body, the wider system, relationship between the supervisee and their client, and countertransference. It’s a holistic model and deeply empowering for the supervisee, supporting them in using all of themselves in relationship to their clients.

I work with both individuals and groups, offering support for professionals through clinical supervision, reflective practice groups, consultancy and training.

Tao Te Ching

"Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power.
