A year long training in supervision at CSTD London in individual, group and organisational supervision with Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot Shohet, grounded in the 7 Eyed Model of Supervision.

June 2019

EMDR Basic Training Part 1 - 3, EMDR Academy

I completed a 7 day accredited training, including supervised practice and clinical supervisions and allowing me to qualify as an EMDR Therapist, and register for full membership with the EMDR Association UK & Ireland.

EMDR Core Child Level 1 & Advanced Child Level 2, EMDR Academy

The specialist EMDR Training in working with children allows me to use EMDR in a creative, play-based way, allowing me to offer targeted trauma interventions for children as young as 5 years old.

May 2017

M.A. in Integrative Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy (with Merit), Terapia, Middlesex University

The 4 year Masters programme, which is UKCP accredited, provided a highly specialised training in working with children and young adults. I completed a 50 hour mother and baby observation, a 30 hour toddler observation, a 100 placement within an eating disorders hospital for young people, and have been seeing clients in clinical placements since my 3rd year (2010), with regular supervision.

Foundation course in Counselling Skills and Theoretical Perspectives in Psychotherapy, Terapia, Middlesex University

The foundation course equipped me with a solid set of skills in counselling through taught seminars, group discussion and considerable practical experience, as well as an in-depth grounding in psychotherapeutic theory.

The Masters in Research programme built upon the research skills acquired during my Psychology degree, including empirical design and statistical analyses, as well as two primary pieces of research which were both published.
